Growing community through Black History Month event

Two students enjoy a soul food dinner at a Black History Month event.

Thank you to our vibrant guest speaker - author of Kingston’s Mane, Raven Daley - Kitchen 216 for the amazing soul food and generous community partners for all you contributed to here at ASH.

But, most importantly, it was all of YOU - with thoughtful questions, a desire to learn and eagerness to honor the contributions of Black Americans - who made the event the success that it was.

Special shout out, also, to Red Dragon parent Damaris Skelton-Dent for organizing and the ASH PTA for continued support.
