Students in our building are participating in a volunteer service-learning project, spearheaded by teacher Wanda Carter.

Classes have been asked to which also includes an “I wish…” statement that expresses their individual hopes for a better and more peaceful world.

Eagle Point’s Doves of Peace will then be delivered to North 91��ɫ Middle School in hopes of offering support and healing to that school community, still grappling with the tragic December deaths of two sixth graders.

On Wednesday, Kevin Retell’s fourth graders assisted Carter’s kindergarteners in crafting their uplifting messages and designs.
