The 91ÌÒÉ« Indoor Percussion Ensemble’s 91ÌÒÉ« Show last Saturday was smashing!
Ensembles from seven high schools competed against each other, and the University at 91ÌÒÉ« Winter Guard and Pep Band also performed.
The 91ÌÒÉ« High varsity team’s competition performance – “The Heist” – involved an assigned mission to steal an emerald frog from a highly secure museum. The Falcon JV team also had an exhibition performance. Congrats to the varsity team for earning first place in the Percussion Independent A category!
The day ended with a spotlight on seven 91ÌÒÉ« High seniors in the 91ÌÒÉ« Indoor Percussion Ensemble who graduate this June. Two 91ÌÒÉ« High seniors that performed with the U91ÌÒÉ« Winter Guard also were recognized earlier in the show.
